Anorexia nervosa (AN) is a serious eating disorder with higher morbidity and mortality rates. Higher concordance rates for monozygotic twins than for dizygotic twins have been shown in most twin studies. Symbiotic relationship between monozygotic twins makes it difficult to treat these patients. In this report, female monozygotic twins of AN with similar clinical features have been discussed comparing with other twins of AN in the literature.
