As you must be aware, certain scientific events in our country have been interrupted due to terror. Many scientific meetings were or will be canceled owing to the safety concerns of the international participants. One particular instance is the annual meeting of the ECNS (EEG and Clinical Neuroscience Society), which I take part in as a member of the board.

As much depressing as the condition appears, the final result is the overwhelming of the science in the hands of terror. Under any circumstances, scientists should stay strong and brave! Then, these cancellations should most certainly encourage us to further meeting arrangements.

I should express my longing for a time when a scientific stance, courageous and totally anti-terror prospers.
