Criminal liability and legal capacity of alcohol and substance dependence

Alcohol and substance addiction is one of the most important problems threatening human health in spite of precautions in recent years. Orientation to offence and agressive behaviour may be enhanced by alcohol and substance addiction. Detection of addiction is important according to law. In our country subjects of criminal liability of alcohol and substance addiction and placing under guardianship for addictions were specified by law. In this review our aim is to define criminal liability and related issues of alcohol and substance addiction.
